Radostina Radulova-StahmerRadostina Radulova-Stahmer studied architecture at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology KIT, GER and the Complutense University ETSAM, Madrid, ES. She received an honors grade in Architecture from the KIT in January 2010. She holds a Degree in Cultural Sciences from the Center for Applied Cultural Studies, ZAK, Karlsruhe, GER. In 2010, she co-founded the architecture office STUDIOD3R with her sister Deniza Horländer. Radostina is currently working on her doctoral thesis at the KIT, Chair of Urban Design and Planning and serving as teacher and research associate at the University of Hanover, Chair for Urban and Regional Development.
Deniza Horländer
Deniza Horländer studied at the Technical University Delft, NL and the University of Stuttgart, GER where she received her Master's Degree. She worked for international offices such as Wiel Arets Architects in Amsterdam, NL and PDI Australia Pride Design International in Wuhan, CN. Lately, Deniza taught at the Wuhan University and was also Assistant Professor at the Huazhong University in Wuhan, CN. Currently, Deniza is working as an architect at K+P in Munch.
Lionel Eid
Lionel Eid studied architecture at the University of Westminster in London, RMIT in Melbourne (AUS), and the Architectural Association in London (UK) where he also completed a Masters in History & Critical Thinking. In 2011, he was shortlisted for the Sharp Prize for Excellence in Writing and was a recipient of the Nicholas Boas Scholarship to conduct research at the British School in Rome (IT). Lionel has worked for several offices internationally including Wiel Arets in Amsterdam (NL), leit-werk in London and Bernard Khoury Architects in Beirut. He currently serves as a member of the AA Council.
Felix Hoepner
Felix Hoepner is a trained architect and theorist. He studied architecture at Leibniz Universität Hannover and, as a Fulbright Scholar, at Pratt Institute in New York. He completed a dissertation entitled Security and the City - Defensible Space, Collage City, and the Reconquest of Urbanity (2014) and has worked on architectural design projects in national and international collaborations. In 2012, he was a Visiting Scholar at the GSAPP at Columbia University. Felix is currently associated with a_ku at Leibniz Universität Hannover as a research assistant and is teaching architectural history, theory and design. In 2008, he co-founded the architecture platform SAM UND PLANKTON based in Berlin, Hamburg, and Hannover.
